The Annual General Meeting will be held at Plas Menai at 8pm on Thursday, 30th September 2021. The agenda and directors' report will be sent to current members in early September.
Because there was no AGM held in 2020 due to the Covid restrictions, the proceedings will include reports by the officers on the C&A Motor Club's activities and finances for the two years to 31st October 2020. It will also include the election of officers for the next twelve months, plus four members of the committee to serve for three years.
The evening is an opportunity for any member to air their views on the running of the Club and present new ideas.
If you wish to nominate a club member to serve as an officer, or as a member of the committee, please complete the nomination form and return it to the Company Secretary to arrive by noon, 23rd September 2021.
