GDPR and C&A Motor Club
You may well have heard of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that applies from 25th May 2018. It places data protection obligations on organisations, making them more accountable and transparent when they use personal information.
The Caernarvonshire & Anglesey Motor Club Ltd. only holds personal data of members as is necessary for the administration of the club, and the personal data of entrants in officially recognised competitions as is necessary for the organisation and running of each event.
The information we collect is that which is provided on membership application forms and entry forms for competitions. The Club will be publishing a full privacy notice very soon.
